Farewell, John Romita Sr.

The pinch-hitter of Marvel’s Bullpen, John Victor Romita Sr. has passed away at the age of 93. He picked up where so many greats left off, at first being tasked with recreating their styles, then eventually he was permitted to embrace his own uniqueness. He went beyond where those who came before but never lost his humble ethics. Goodbye, John. Thank you for everything you have done for us.
