Data Bits: Kong 33 / DST Again / AI / Batman / シン・仮面ライダー

The narrator made one mistake; she mentioned WWII when she meant to say WWI. Other than that, this is a wonderful mini doc about the making of King Kong.

Daylight Saving Time (DST) is the practice of advancing clocks by one hour in the spring and moving them back one hour in the fall. The primary purpose of DST is to make better use of natural daylight and conserve energy. The idea was first proposed by Benjamin Franklin in 1784, but it wasn’t until the 20th century that DST became widely adopted. Today, most countries in the world observe DST, although the specific start and end dates can vary. While some people enjoy the extra hour of daylight in the evening during DST, others dislike the disruption to their sleep schedules and the confusion that can arise from changing the clocks twice a year. Some studies have also suggested that DST can have negative health effects, such as increased risk of heart attacks and car accidents.
