I adore the simplicity of Ernest Howard Shepard’s Winnie the Pooh drawings. They are whimsical and wonderful. Now Pooh bear is in the public domain and that’s also fun to play with, as an artist. My favorite subject is Pooh-Zilla. I’ve had tussles with Disney lawyers over it but, PD is PD and what I do is well within the Public Domain. Corporations don’t own the entirety of all mankind’s creations… yet. Revel in these fun illustrations on Flashback.
This is a great point by point review of S.H.Figuarts’ Kamen Rider Black Sun from 岩下スティーブン, on YouTube. He painstakingly goes over every detail, both good and bad of this phenomenal figure. I’m not one for the newer Riders but one has that essence of what made the early Riders of the pre-2000s great. My only SHF KR in my collection is Zed-Oh, and I wouldn’t be opposed to adding this guy, or Shadow Moon to place by his side.
This movie looks like fun and playful.
