This is one of the many parts of the Star Wars Holiday Special, from 1978, that I truly adore. Jefferson Starship’s “Light the Sky on Fire” was a surprising entry into the galaxy far, far away. I mean, most of the segments from the SWHS78 was unique and interesting. The special is one of my unapologetically favorite things about the early days of Star Wars. While I am not a huge fan of Starship, I dig this song.
