I was inspired to do this when Mrs. Multiverse and I were watching the two Pacific Rim movies. I didn’t want to do a Jäger specifically. My mind goes to the Japanese giant robots of the 70s from legendary creators such as Go Nagai. The idea for the name came from some waking thoughts I was having about Friedrich Nietzsche’s concept of the Overman and what if he was a futurist who pondered about the inevitable superiority of the Over-Bot.
