Uma Thurman and Henry Golding have joined Charlize Theron in The Old Guard 2, Netflix’s sequel to its 2020 film. This is a streamer than I am looking forward to. The first one was a nice re-imagining of immortals being protectors with some interesting consequences for their longevity. As of this point, I have no idea of what to expect from the second instalment. I don’t think I’ll seek out the series, just so I’ll both be surprised and have zero preconceived notions about what to expect.
