Wow. I don’t remember that toy.
I didn’t have this set, or any Mego Trek stuff. I did get to play with one once while visiting my Grandparents. The kid next door to them had one. I had a blast with it. I was more into my Bionic Man by that point so it wasn’t anything that I wrote to Santa about.
