Black Widow: A High Level Impression… Natasha Romanoff, aka Black Widow, confronts the darker parts of her ledger when a dangerous conspiracy with ties to her past arises. Pursued by a force that will stop at nothing to bring her down, Natasha must deal with her history as a spy, and the broken relationships left in her wake long before she became an Avenger.
Wow! I could just stop right there. That would be my highest level impression, but I want to discuss this wonderful movie a bit more than that. This, like Captain America: Winter Soldier, is a wonderful spy thriller. I like James Bond films but the Winter Soldier and Black Widow are probably two of my all time favorite spy flicks now. Scarlett Johansson is perfect in her roll, and I would love for Marvel to bring her back for some more films in the future. She has such a great rapport with her co-stars, Florence Pugh, Rachel Weisz, David Harbour.
If you planed on skipping this one… don’t. Black Widow is very entertaining and it is worth your time and your dime.
