I didn’t have a whole slew of games for my Sega Genesis in the early 1990’s but the ones that I did have, I loved. When I wasn’t drawing, I was playing my Sega. There were quite a few “bargain bin” buys I made for games but they were in the bin to begin with. It took me a few times of purchasing those sorts of cartridges to learn my lesson. From time to time I’ve thought about reaquaring my old favorite games, and system to play them on, but that time has passed for me. Now if I want to scratch that gaming itch, relive the past, and see the game played to the conclusion I simply search the title out on YouTube. For me, that is just as good as, or even better than sitting there trying to recapture those “wasted” hours of my youth.
These games are the titles that I fell in love with. Did you play them too? What were your favorites? Let me know in the comments.
